Apple seems to be pleased with its breakthrough on the iPhone X designs that the company might be releasing three (3) other iPhones with similar designs next year!
Apple Will Launch 3 Full-screen iPhones In 2018 With iPhone X Design
KGI Securities analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo, whose iPhone predictions has been really accurate over the past few years has come out with a prediction that the Cupertino-based Tech company will launch three new iPhone models in 2018; each of them will feature an iPhone X-like bezel-less design.
Kuo expects that Apple will completely abandon TouchID in favor of the newly introduced FaceID system of iPhone X. In case you’re worried about notch, you’ll have to deal with it next year as well.
The first 2018 iPhone could be a successor to the iPhone X and feature the same shape and size, i.e., a 5.8-inch OLED display with 458 ppi density.
In case you’re looking for bigger experience, there’s will be a bigger device for you (read iPhone X Plus or iPhone XL) with a 6.5-inch display and pixel density of 480-500 ppi. The pricing details of these iPhone X successors wasn’t mentioned by Kuo.
A cheaper device with iPhone X design
That’s not all. For Apple’s lower-end segment, there could be a 6.1-inch 2018 iPhone with the familiar TFT-LCD screen. You’ll also get the new full-screen display, which is somewhat bigger than iPhone X.
This phone could cost somewhere between $649-749. This model will differ significantly from the higher end OLDE models in terms of design and hardware specifications.
About the release date and demand, Kuo expects that the launch will take place without any delays in 2018.
